The location of this rental is fantastic, being right near the train station and close to the center of the city. the apartment itself is comfortable and cozy, perfect for a short stay. the process of renting and getting the keys was smooth and easy. the parking was extremely convenient, although it was a bit confusing to find the entrance.

The apartment is located in a student Halls of Residence, which may not be ideal for some guests.

The location was perfect and excellent, I easily reached Grande Place. Above all, it was located short walk to the shopping center, the centre of Lille, and shopping mall. Overall experience was great.

There were some cleanliness issues, such as dust in the kitchen area and a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor.

Room was quiet and clean, a fridge, a microwave oven, and a sofa bed were available too. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, it was perfect and nice and close to a public square. Staff was friendly and kind, assisted with everything.

The apartments are perfectly located in the building of the shopping center, which is mind-blowing! The owner was in touch, making the renting process smooth and easy. The flat itself is super! Great location, nice view from the almost full-length windows, and a clean room. The bed is jaw-droppingly comfortable, the bedding is of excellent quality, and the shower is good. The host was punctual and check out was easy. Plus, the wi-fi, dryer, cookware, and flat-screen TV were all provided!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Smart Rent Aparts. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the excellent instructions provided by Michael. The room was spacious, warm, and the linens were clean and fresh. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from the city center and shops. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that parking was included, and the underground car park was conveniently situated under the building. a great experience.
